At Lux Vintage, we specialise in carefully curated vintage and pre-owned designer pieces. Each item is thoroughly inspected and described as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear

Returns
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Once your return request has been confirmed, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent

• No additional wear, marks, damage or alterations

• Shoes must be tried on indoors only

• All original packaging, dust bags and accessories must be included

Items returned in a different condition may be refused and sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Lux Vintage cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please note that vintage and pre-owned items may show natural signs of age or wear. These characteristics are part of their history and will always be clearly described and photographed where possible.
